摘要
高压加热器(以下简称高加)是回热加热器中的一种,它通过使用高压抽汽来加热给水,提高给水温度。它一般位于给水泵与锅炉省煤器之间,也是给水进入锅炉相关系统的最后一道升温程序和设备。高压加热器承受的给水压力和温度很高,在运行中还将受到机组负荷突变、给水泵故障等引起的压力和温度的骤变,因此,高加很容易出现铜管泄漏、电接点水位计失灵、安全门频繁起跳、联程阀故障等事故。因此,找出高加容易发生的事故及现象、改进措施,对高加的运行尤为重要。
High pressure heater( hereinafter referred to as high plus) was a regenerative heater. Through the use of high-pressure steam extraction for heating water,the temperature of water was improved. It was generally located between the pump and boiler economizer and also the last warming-related systems and devices for feeding water into the boiler. Because of the high pressure and temperature of the feeding water and sudden changes in pressure and temperature caused by operation of the unit load mutation,pump failure,it was prone to brass leaks,electrical contact level gauge failure,security doors off frequently,the way valve failure and other accidents. Therefore,identifying accident-prone and high acceleration phenomenon and the improvements was especially important for running the high pressure heater.
