摘要
聚烯烃生产的核心内容是催化剂的使用,因此UNIPOL聚乙烯装置在生产操作时催化剂的选择及活性的控制就显得尤为关键:活性过高反应不易控制、活性过低影响负荷,同时增加能耗物耗。为了保证装置的长期平稳运行,降低生产成本,有必要优化工艺参数以达到最优的催化剂活性。本文以淤浆催化剂的活性的控制选择进行探讨。
Polyolefin production was the core content of catalyst used,so the UNIPOL PE in production operation selection of catalyst and the activity of the control was particularly crucial that an active response was not easy to control, active low impact load,and energy consumption material consumptions were increased. In order to guarantee the unit running smoothly for a long time and reduce the production cost,it was necessary to optimize the process parameters in order to achieve the optimum catalyst activity. The slurry catalyst activity control selection was discussed.
