有机化学是环境、食品和生物等专业的一门专业必修课程,有机化学内容多课时短,学习难度大,搞好有机化学的教学工作,提高教学质量是关键。通过多媒体辅助,采用案例式,启发引导式教学,鼓励学生参与实践科研教学等多种方法紧密结合,取得了较好的效果。

Organic Chemistry was a required course for environment,food and biology majors,with more content, less teaching-hours and big learning difficulties. In order to do well in this course,it＇s a key job to improve teaching quality. Aiding by multimedia,case-based and inductive teaching method were used to encourage students to participate in a variety of teaching methods which closely integrated teaching and research practice. Good teaching effect was achieved.
