摘要 试验采用对甲苯磺酸铜作催化剂,对苯甲酸乙酯合成实验进行了改进。探讨了原料配比、催化剂用量和反应时间对产品收率的影响,同时对工艺条件的重现性和催化剂的反复使用性能进行考察。结果表明,改进后的实验具有操作方便,收率高,催化剂可重复使用和实验绿色化的特点。 The synthesis process of ethyl benzoate was concerned greatly with catalyst. A new method of preparing ethyl benzoate with copper p-toluene sulfonate as catalyst was discussed. The effect of factors on the reaction was examined and the optimized condition was established. The experimental reproducibility of process conditions and the reutilization of catalysis involved were tested. The results indicated that the improved experiment was characterized by easy operations,high yields,and a green process,the catalyst could be repeatedly used.
