摘要
基于酿酒工程专业的特点,以酿酒与生物化学的关系为核心,从酿酒的发展、静态生化、动态生化三个方面探讨了在酿酒工程专业生物化学教学过程中专业特色的突出,以期达到增强课程的实用性,调动学生学习积极性,激发学生的学习兴趣,提高教学质量的目的。
Based on specialty characteristics of brewing engineering,centering in relationship between brewing and biochemistry,specialty characteristics was emphasized from development of brewing,static biochemistry and dynamic biochemistry in order to promote practicability of curriculum,arouse students' enthusiasm,inspire students' learning interest and improve teaching quality.
