口虾蛄对石油烃的生物富集动力学及安全限量 被引量:4

Kinetic on the bioconcentration and safety level of petroleum hydrocarbons in Oratosquilla oratoria

摘要 以口虾蛄(Oratosquilla oratoria)为研究对象,采用半静态双箱动力学模型,模拟研究了口虾蛄对石油烃的生物富集动力学。同时,对口虾蛄中石油烃的安全限量进行了探讨。结果表明:经过140 h实验,石油烃在水体和口虾蛄之间达到稳态平衡;口虾蛄对石油烃的吸收率常数k1范围为1.06~2.07,排出率常数k2范围为0.036~0.046,生物富集系数(BCF)范围为29.4~45.0,平均值为37.3。参考国内外相关石油烃限量的标准,依据对口虾蛄体中石油烃的感官评定,建议将甲壳类生物口虾蛄的异味阈值(12×10^-6左右)作为其安全限量较为合理。 The bioconcentration of petroleum hydrocarbons by Oratosquilla oratoria was examined by using the semistatic kinetic experiment. In the meanwhile,the safety level of petroleum hydrocarbons in O. oratoria was also studied. The results showed that petroleum hydrocarbons reached stationary balance between O. oratoria and water environment after 140 h of experiment; the uptake rate constant and elimination rate constant ranged from 1. 06 to 2. 07 and from 0. 036 to 0. 046,respectively. The bioconcentration factor(BCF) ranged from 29. 4 to 45. 0,and the average value of BCF was 37. 3. According to the safety levels of petroleum hydrocarbons in national and international standards,as well as the sensory evaluation of petroleum hydrocarbons in O. oratoria,the safety level of petroleum hydrocarbons for O. oratoria was considered as 12 × 10^-6.
