摘要 煤矿机械在运转过程中会有一定几率发生故障,影响煤矿生产的安全。因而对于煤矿机械进行预防性维修与养护,并且实行较为全方面的现代化诊断管理制度,是煤矿机械高效率运转的保证。重点对煤矿机械故障的维护方式及特点进行分析,并分析当前较为先进的故障诊断及维护措施,以促进煤矿产业朝着和谐、稳定、安全的方向发展。 Fault of the coal mine machinery may occur probably during the operation, which influencing the safety in productionof coal mine. Thus the preventive repair and maintenance of the coal mine machinery and the implementation of comprehensivemodern diagnostic management system can ensure efficient operation of the coal mine machinery. Focuses on the analysis of themaintenance ways and characteristics of the failure of coal mine machinery, and analyzes the more advanced measures of faultdiagnosis and maintenance at present, in order to promote the harmonious, stable and safe development of coal mine industry.
