Practical Research on the Recovery of Fully Mechanized Mining Face of "Three Soft" Coal Seam

S2106综采工作面煤层松软破碎,顶底板为泥岩～砂纸泥岩,属于＂三软＂煤层工作面。根据工作面围岩状态及现场实际,决定采用＂上绳～刷通道＂的回收工艺。回收实践表明,采用该回收工艺可以较好地控制破碎顶板,能够实现S2106工作面的安全回收。

$2106 fully mechanized mining face is of soft and broken coal seam, roof and floor of it are mudstonesandpapermudstone, and it belongs to ＂ three soft＂ coal seam face. According to state and spot reality of the wall rock of mining face, it isdecided to adopt the recovery process of ＂laying rope-brushing channel＂. The practice of recovery shows that utilizing thisrecovery process can control the broken roof better, and realize the safe recovery of $2106 mining face.
