浅谈农民工在现行社会保障体系下的社会保障缺失

On the Deficiency of Peasant-workers Social Security in Social Security System

当前我国农村劳动力向城市转移,形成了具有中国城市化发展特色的农民工群体,即城市的外来务工人员。社会保障体系是工业化和城市化的产物,对城乡劳动力市场具有重要的调控作用,服务于劳动力市场发展,劳动力市场的变化要求社会保障制度做出相应的调整,但目前我国的农民工在社会保障体系下有较大的缺失。

Nowadays, rural labor force moves into the city, having formed a China＇s urbanization development char- acteristics of the peasant--workers, namely the city migrant workers. The social security system is the product of indus- trialization and urbanization, urban and rural labor market is important to the regulation effects of, service in the labor market development, labor market changes require a social security system to adjust accordingly, but at present our country of migrant workers in social security system is of great loss. This paper aims to discuss the current social security system in our country under the protection of migrant workers missing.
