摘要
结合2013年秦皇岛市公路大修工程中级配碎石的实际施工情况,对影响级配碎石质量的因素进行了分析和总结,认为影响级配碎石质量的因素主要是原材料、级配组成、确定最大干密度的试验方法、混合料的拌和、混合料的摊铺、混合料的碾压,并提出了相应的质量控制措施。
Combining with the practical construction of graded gravel in highway overhaul engineering in Qinghuangdao in 2013, the factors influencing the quality of graded gravel are analyzed and summarized. It is concluded that the main factors influencing the quality of graded gravel are raw material, composing of graded gravel, test method for confirming the maximum dry density, the mixing of mixture, the paving of mixture and the compacting of mixture. The corresponding quality control measures are also proposed.
