摘要
在阐述不停车收费系统(ETC)概念及工作原理的基础上,重点分析研究了不停车收费系统的关键技术及其应用。ETC具有免除现金交易、不需要停车等优点,可有效提高通过能力和服务水平,并简化收费系统管理费用,减少环境污染,值得推广与应用。
Based on elaborating the concept and principle of eletronic toll collection （ETC） system, the paper analyzes the key technology and application of ETC. ETC has advantages such as exempting from cash transaction and nonstop for vehicles, which can effectively improve the carrying capacity and service, reduce management costs and pollution of the environment. It deserves promotion and application.
