联合检测CA125及人附睾蛋白4在诊断卵巢癌中的应用价值

The diagnosis value of combined detection of CA125 with human epididymis protein 4 in ovarian cancer

目的研究卵巢癌患者血清中人附睾蛋白4(HE4)及CA125的表达水平,评价CA125及HE4联合检测在诊断卵巢癌中的应用价值。方法应用酶联免疫吸附法(ELISA法)对卵巢癌患者血清中CA125及HE4的表达进行分析。对50例病检结果阳性的卵巢癌患者,比较三种方法的检出敏感度。结果 CA125阳性者31例,敏感度为62%,HE4检测阳性37例,敏感度为74%,CA125及HE4联合检测阳性者39例,敏感度为78%,与CA125检测的敏感度相比有显著差异(P<0.01)。结论血清HE4和CA125联合检测有助于卵巢癌的筛查及早期诊断。HE4在灵敏度方面优于CA125。

Objective To study the level of expression of human epididymis protein 4 （HE4）in the serum of patients suffered from ovarian cancer and discuss the diagnostic value of CA125 combined detection in ovarian cancer.Methods The serum CA125 and HE4 expression were detected with ELISA and compared with pathological methods.Results There were 33 cases with positive CA125 and 36 cases with positive HE4.There were 39 cases with positive CA125 or positive HE4.The sensitivity of CA125 and HE4 was higher than that of CA125（P ＜0.05）.Conclusion The combined detection of serum HE4 and CA125 is helpful to the diagnosis of ovarian cancer screening and early diagnosis.
