剖宫产术后子宫切口愈合不良42例临床分析

Abnormal healing of uterine incision after cesarean section:Clinical analysis of 42 cases

目的 探讨剖宫产术后子宫切口愈合不良的发病因素、诊治方法及预防措施.方法 对我院2002年1月-2012年1月收治的42例剖宫产术后子宫切口愈合不良患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析.结果 42例患者均治愈.而围手术期感染、产程异常为剖宫术后子宫切口愈合不良的主要原因.结论 通过B超可进行早期诊断,加强产前及产时监护,提高产科质量是预防剖宫产术后子宫切口愈合不良的根本措施.

Objective To explore diagnosis,treatment and prevention of the uterine incision abnormal healing after caesarian section.Methods The data of 42 cases of uterine incision abnormal healing after caesarian section were retrospectively analyzed.Results Factors were perioperative infections and abnormal labor stages.Conclusion B-ultrasonography can helpful early diagnosis.The radical prevention is to strength monitor and improve the obstetric level.
