尿液分析中鳞状上皮细胞对诊断妇女尿路感染的影响

摘要 目的 探讨尿液中鳞状上皮细胞对妇女尿路感染诊断的影响.方法 选择2013年11月-12月在本院门诊和住院的妇科及产科患者14 400例的尿液标本,根据鳞状上皮细胞数量,将患者分为0-25/μl组、25-50/μl组、50-100/μl组及>100/μl组,对其仪器检测准确性进行比较.结果 尿液检测白细胞阳性标本为3457例,检测总阳性率为24.0%.4组检测结果假阳性率(FPR)分别为5.58%、43.85%、65.22%和74.51%.结论 进行妇女尿液分析时应充分重视鳞状上皮细胞对白细胞结果的干扰,避免发生FPR结果,提高诊断准确率. Objective To explore the interference of the squamous epithelial cell in the diagnosis of urinary tract infection by comparing the resμLt of instrument with manual microscope.Methods From November to December 2013,14400 urine samples with both positive results in instrument and manual microscope were included in the study,and divided into 0-25/μl group,25-50/μl group,50-100/μl group and >100/μl according to the amount of epithelial cells.The study protocol was approved by the Ethical Review Board of Investigation in Human Being of West China Second University Hospital.Informed consent was obtained from each patients.Results The totle positive rate of urinalysis was 24.0%.The false positive rate (FPR) of 4 groups were 5.58%,43.85%,65.22% and 74.51%,respectively.Conclusions The laboratory should pay great attention to the epithelial cell in the urine to avoid false positive result of WBC which may cause incorrect diagnosis of urinary tract infection.
