综合护理干预在蓝光照射治疗新生儿黄疸中的应用

Comprehensive nursing intervention on treatment of Blue-ray irradiation on neonatal jaundice

目的 探寻蓝光照射治疗新生儿黄疸的临床护理方法.方法 选择2010年3月-2012年1月我院收治的162例新生儿黄疸患者,将其按照治疗先后随机分成干预组和对照组.两组均给予蓝光照射治疗;其中对照组给予新生儿常规先疗护理,干预组在此基础上增加综合护理干预措施,动态观察两组患儿蓝光照射治疗期间的不良反应、胆红素下降水平及退黄时间等,并进行患者满意度调查.结果 干预组在蓝光照射治疗中发热、皮肤干燥、皮肤损伤、哭闹、精神疲倦的发生率和治疗3、5天后胆红素指数均明显低于对照组,其退黄时间也明显短于对照组,其患者满意度明显高于对照组.两组间比较,差异均有统计学意义（均P＜0.05）.结论 蓝光照射治疗新生儿黄疸疗效确切;综合护理干预能显著提高蓝光治疗疗效和安全性,缩短患儿康复时间,预防严重后遗症,提高患儿家属满意度.

Objective To explore comprehensive nursing intervention on treatment of Blue-ray irradiation on neonatal jaundice.Methods 162 neonatal jaundice were randomly divided into treatment group and control group.Both groups were given blue light therapy.The control group received conventional phototherapy neonatal care and treatment group was treated comprehensive nursing interventions,dynamic Blue-ray irradiation.The adverse reactions during treatment,bilirubin levels,time of jaundice and patient satisfaction were observed.Results The incidence of fever,dry skin,skin lesions,crying,mental fatigue and bilirubin 3d and 5d after treatment of treatment group were significantly lower than the control group.The time of jaundice of treatment group was significantly shorter than the control group.The patient satisfaction of treatment group significantly was higher than the control group.Conclusion In blue-ray irradiation treatment of neonatal jaundice efficacy,comprehensive nursing intervention can significantly improve the efficacy and safety of blue light therapy,children with shorter recovery time,prevent serious complications and improve the families of children with satisfaction.
