新建本科院校大学章程建设要注意的几个问题

我国大学章程建设的目标——到2015年全面形成一校一章程的格局。章程建设对新建本科院校是个新课题。相比较于普通本科院校,新建本科院校在章程制定中,要特别厘清办学关系,要鲜明办学宗旨,要突出体现办学特色,要独立成章体现师生权益。同时,新建本科院校在无实践经验的基础上,要加强章程制定科学性研究。

The goal of university regualtion construction is that by 2015 unique regulations for each university should be established in China. However,regulation construction for the newlyestablished undergraduate colleges is a new topic. Compared with ordinary colleges, newlyestablished undergraduate colleges,in the regulation making,should clarify the close relationship on education, describe the missions distinctively,highlight the salient characteristics,and reflect the interests of teachers and students in independent chapters. At the same time,as newlyestablished undergraduate colleges have no practical experience, the scientific studies on regulation making should be strengthened.
