摘要
针对现行液压闸式剪板机上刀架连接方式存在的问题,根据液压闸式剪板机的工作特点和功能要求,设计出一种偏心浮动式连接机构.该机构能够同时满足剪切力的直接传递以及刀片间隙和剪切角的调整要求;生产时连接件不受剪切力的作用,保障了安全;调整时液压缸活塞杆不受侧向力的作用,延长了使用寿命.实践证明:该机构不仅克服了现行连接方式存在的问题,促进了设备的技术升级,而且大幅提高了设备的装配和调整效率,经济效益显著.
In order to solve the current problems of the top knife carrier's connection method on the hydraulic guillotine cutting machine, this essay designs a kind of eccentric floating connecting mechanism in accord with hydraulic guillotine cutting machine's characteristics and functional requirements. This mechanism can satisfy the direct transmission of shearing force and clearance of blade's and shear angle's adjusting requirements; It can guarantee the working safety,as connecting piece are not affected by the shearing force when producing; It also can extend service life,as the piston rod of the hydraulic cylinder is not affected by the lateral force. Practice has proved that the mechanism not only overcomes the current problems of connection method and promotes equipment's technology upgrading,but also greatly improves efficiency of equipments' installation and adjustment with significant economic benefits.
