摘要 通过参与"千名中西部大学校长海外研修计划"赴德培训,介绍了德国初中后双元制职业教育及应用技术大学双元制学生的招生和学习模式,特别从德国在其职业教育教学过程中是如何体现和落实"行动导向"的先进职业教育理念等方面谈了研修的收获与体会。同时,提出关于培养"职业行动能力"和强调"隐性知识学习"的三点启示和建议。 The author got a training in German through the plan for"Thousands Presidents from Midwestern Universities to Study overseas". The author mainly introduced the vocational education of the dual system after junior high school and the learning and enrollment mode for the students involved in the dual system in universities of applied technology in German. The author specially shared the benefits and experience of learning, especially how did the Germany vocational education to embody and carry out the "action-oriented" of advanced vocational education philosophy in the teaching process. At the same time, the author respectively put forward three enlightenments and suggestions about the training of the "vocational action capacity" and stressed of "learning tacit knowledge".
