摘要
通过先进的信息管理模式与手段,代替了旧有的手工管理模式,为直管公房管理提供了高效、有力的手段,保证了国有资产的完整性和保值性。本文以武汉市直管公房地理信息系统为例,讨论了运用ArcGIS Server发布GIS服务,利用以RIA技术为核心的Flex完成系统客户端设计,以及采用Web Service数据通信技术来实现直管公房WebGIS系统设计方案。
Instead of the old manual management mode , advanced information management mode provides a highly efficient mean for state-owned real estate to ensure the integrity and preservation of state -owned real estate .Taking an example of geographic informa-tion system of state-owned real estate of Wuhan , this paper discusses GIS services published by ArcGIS Server , the completion of client design based on Flex with RIA technologies and the use of Web Service to achieve the system design program .
