摘要
对园林植物杂交鹅掌楸组培技术进行研究。结果表明:最适诱导培养基为:MS+6-BA 1.0 mg/L+IBA 0.1 mg/L+GA_3 0.5 mg/L+3%蔗糖+0.7%琼脂粉;最佳增殖培养基为:MS+6-BA 0.5 mg/L+IBA 0.1 mg/L+3%蔗糖+0.7%琼脂粉,增殖系数达3.0以上,适宜的光照为:1 000~2 000 lx;适宜的生根培养基为:1/2 MS+IBA 0.05 mg/L+2%蔗糖+0.6%琼脂粉,生根率达到67%以上,生根苗平均根数2.3条。
Tissue culture technics of Liriodendron chinese(Hemsl.)Sarg. × Liriodendron tulipofera Linn. were studied in this paper. The optimal inducing medium was MS+6-BA 1.0 mg/L+IBA 0.1 mg/L+GA3 0.5 mg/L+3% sucrose+0.7% agar powder. The optimal multiplication medium was MS+6-BA 0.5 mg/L+IBA 0.1 mg/L+3% sucrose+0.7% agar powder. The highest multiplication rate was 3.0. The feasible light intensity was 1 000 ~ 2 000 lx. The optimal rooting medium was 1/2 MS+IBA 0.05 mg/L+2% sucrose+0.6% agar powder with the rooting rate over 67% and the average roots number of 2.3.
