我国民办高校办学资金筹措的若干思考

民办高校是促进高等教育改革的重要力量,而民办高校办学资金的筹资问题直接决定民办教育能否生存和发展,它是我国高等教育发展道路上一个不可回避、必须解决的问题。从市场经济大背景下,分析民办高校的资金筹资新的渠道与思路:增强民办高校硬件与软件实力;建立规范的民办高校捐赠制度;开拓多样的民办高校筹资形式;鼓励发展绩效高的校办产业;成立专门的民办高校筹资机构;重视民办高校校长的筹资能力。民办高校只有通过以上措施有机结合,才能最终解决民办高校办学资金筹措困难的问题。

Private universities play an important role in promoting the reform of higher education, and the financing directly decides their survival and development. It is an unavoidable problem on the development road of our country＇s higher education. The paper analyzes the ways of fund raising in the background of market economy, analyzing new ways and ideas about fund raising in the context of market economy; enhancing the conditions of the hard and soft strength in private universities;establishing normal donation system;exploiting various forms of fund raising;encouraging to develop school-run industries with high performance;setting up special financial organizations;paying attention to the capacity of fund raising.
