摘要 为了在健美操教学中尊重学生的个体差异,因材施教,课题组以实验为基础,以素质教育为指导思想,在高校健美操教学中,运用"区别对待"教学策略进行教学。结果表明:运用"区别对待"教学策略,有利于充分发挥学生的主体性、主动性、积极性;充分体现了学生在学习中的主体地位;尊重了学生的个体差异,有利于为学生创设生动活泼的学习氛围,增强了学生的自信心、自尊心、成功感,培养了学生团结协作的集体主义精神。 In order to respect individual difference of students in aerobics teaching and teach students according to their aptitude, the research group use "To discriminate" teaching strategy in universities aerobics teaching on the basis of experiments and take quality-oriented education as the guide. The results show that the strategy does good to give full play to the students' subjective ,initiative and enthusiasm, fully reflects the students' subject position and respects the individual difference which can be helpful to create a lively learning atmosphere, enhance the students' self-confi- dence, self-esteem and a feeling of accomplishment, and cultivate the students' collectivism of unity cooperation spirit.
