出口企业与非出口企业专利生产的比较研究

The Comparative Study of Patent Production between Export Enterprises and Non-export Enterprises

面对专利技术壁垒,国家和政府除了宏观上政策导向和财政支持外,还应从微观企业层面来研究。在对样本进行严格筛选后,选取中国近年来行业产值和出口比例较大的九大行业的沪深股市上市473家出口企业为研究对象,以319家非出口企业为参照系,整理其2005年-2011年间相关数据,对两者在专利产出特征和影响因素上进行对比分析,并针对出口企业专利生产现状提出科学合理的应对措施。

When facing the barriers of patented technology,in addition to the macroeconomic policy guidance and financial support,the state and government should also study the problem on the level of micro enterprise. After a rigorous screening of samples,selecting 473 export enterprises,which have a larger proportion in Chinese industry output and exports,of the nine sectors listed on the Shanghai and Shenzhen stock markets for the study,with 319 non-exporting companies as the reference,finishing the inter-related 2005-2011data of both export and non-export enterprises,this paper makes a comparative analysis in patent output characteristics and influencing factors, and puts forward scientific and rational countermeasures according to the current situation of patent production in export enterprises.
