摘要
高校干部考核工作是高校干部工作的重点和难点,构建科学的考核体系是调动干部工作积极性的基础性工程。在工作实践中,可将权变管理理论与高校中层干部考核工作相融合,采用360°考核方法,依考核对象的变化而变化、考核比分权重因考核主体及客体的变化而变化,全方位考核干部,切实提高干部考核工作的实效性。
Cadre assessment is the key and difficult point for university cadre work. Building a scientific assessment system lays the foundation for cadre motivation. In practice,contingency theory can be used to evaluate university's mid-level cadres. In order to evaluate cadres more comprehensively and to improve the effectiveness of the assessment,the 360° assessment method should be used and changed accordingly with the changes of the assessment objects,and the assessment ratios be changed with the changes of the assessment subjects and objects.
