慢性心力衰竭患者6分钟步行试验的综合护理干预 被引量：22

摘要 目的 探讨慢性心力衰竭患者行6分钟步行试验的综合护理干预.方法 将NYHA心功能Ⅱ～Ⅳ级且病情稳定的62例慢性心力衰竭患者分为对照组30例和观察组32例.对照组按照常规护理实施6分钟步行试验,观察组（32例）实施综合护理干预,包括试验前评估患者的心功能状态和心理状况,做好健康教育及急救准备,试验前练习1次试验流程等.比较两组试验的完成情况、试验结果与NYHA心功能分级的符合率.结果 与对照组比较,观察组试验结果与NYHA心功能评级的符合率更高,达90.3％.结论 综合护理干预下,6分钟步行试验更能有效地评估慢性心力衰竭患者的心功能.
