摘要 目的探讨在CT室设置动态履职护士岗位的效果。方法评估CT室岗位要求,通过个人申请、审核、培训、考核、带教等流程,筛选具备相应能力的护士进行动态履职,开展岗位动态管理。结果 8名护士与CT室签订动态履职协议,患者CT检查预约时间明显缩短。结论在CT室设置动态履职护士岗位并实施岗位管理,是解决护理人力资源相对短缺、提高护士人力资源使用效率的一种有效方法。 Objective To explore the effects of setting up a post for nurses flexibly arranged to work in CT room.Methods We assessed requirements of nursing posts in CT room,selected competent nurses to work flexibly in CT room through such procedures as personal application,verification,training,examination,and clinical practice.Then we implemented post management.Results Eight nurses signed a work contract with CT room,and the time length between booking the CT scan appointment and performing the CT scan was obviously shortened.Conclusion Setting up a post for nurses flexibly arranged to work in CT room and conducting post management is an effective solution of inadequate labor resource and improves work efficiency of nurses.
