武器装备联保联训作用发挥问题研究

Study of Function of Equipment Support Training in Joint Operations

联合作战需联合保障,联合保障必须联合训练。武器装备联保联训是提高我军联合作战装备保障能力的重要途径,是推进信息化条件下武器装备"两成两力"建设的重要抓手。从联保联训作用发挥的现状分析入手,论述了作用发挥的表现形式和主要影响因素,并提出了推进联保联训作用发挥应关注的重点问题。

Joint operation needs joint support w hich must be met by joint training .Equipment support training in joint operations（ESTJO） is not only the most important way to enhance equipment support capability in joint operations of PLA ,but also as the starting point to construct equipment system and regime of information war .First of all ,based on the status quo analysis of ESTJO ,two expressions and four factors of ESTJO＇s function are presented .Then ,corresponding countermeas-ures and suggestions on how to solve the problems are offered .
