凹土制备MCM-41及其氨基改性吸附单宁酸 被引量:1

MCM-41 Synthesis from Palygorskite and Adsorption of Tannic Acid on Amine-modified MCM-41

摘要 凹凸棒石粘土经酸化、水热晶化合成MCM-41分子筛并对其进行了氨基改性。采用XRF、XRD、SEM、TEM、FT-IR和N2吸附-脱附对材料进行表征。研究模板剂和NaOH浓度、晶化温度和时间对MCM-41分子筛合成的影响以及氨基改性后对单宁酸的吸附性能。结果表明:模板剂十六烷基三甲基溴化铵浓度为10%、NaOH浓度为0.4 mol/L、晶化温度100℃、晶化时间96h时,所得MCM-41分子筛具有较好的结晶度和最大的比表面积。氨基改性可有效提高MCM-41分子筛对单宁酸的吸附,最大饱和吸附量为110mg/g。 MCM-41 has been successfully synthesized from acid -treated palygorskite after hydrothermal treat-ment and amine -modified MCM -41 was also prepared .The products were characterized by XRF , XRD, SEM, TEM, FT-IR and N2 adsorption.The effects of the concentration of template agent and NaOH , crystal-lization time and temperature on the synthesis of MCM -41 were studied as well as the adsorption properties of amine modified MCM-41 for tannin acid .The results showed that the synthesized MCM -41 exhibited highest crystallinity and largest specific surface area under the condition:CTAB concentration 10%, NaOH concentra-tion 0.4 mol/L, crystallization temperature 100℃, and crystallization time 96 h.Amine modified MCM -41 had a good adsorption for tannic acid and the saturation adsorption capacity could reach 110 mg/g.
