摘要
本文根据电加热退火炉的工艺特点，设计了一个以 PLC为核心的电控、仪控、自控系统。在完成监控基础上，增加了与管理计算机通讯功能及实时监控画面。
The paper introduces an electrical control, meter control and automatic control system with a PLC center, which based on the techniques characteristic of electrical heating annealing furnace. In addition to the supervisory control function, the system has the function of communicating with the administration computer and the function of real－ time monitoring.
