摘要
大型立式连续退火炉生产线加热段炉体上安装有大量热辐射管,受到炉体结构振动等因素的影响,每一个辐射管前端固定脚支座中心线定位都需要五人次测量.为此设计制作了组合式激光标线仪,实现了中心线定位测量一次完成.
A large number of thermal radiation tubes are mounted on the large vertical continuous annealing furnace in the heating segment of production line. Each radiation tube is needed to measure five times for positioning the centerline of front fixed foot support due to influence factors, such as furnace body structure vibration. Thus a combined laser marking instrument is produced to realize onetime centerline positioning measurement.
