摘要
土壤水分胁迫对花生脂肪、蛋白质、可溶性糖、淀粉和脂肪酸组成等品质的影响研究结果表明,水分胁迫使籽仁中可溶性糖、蛋白质、亚油酸、山嵛酸和二十四烷酸含量升高,脂肪、棕榈酸和油酸/亚油酸比值降低,淀粉含量的变化因品种的不同表现或升高或降低;水分胁迫使籽仁中大量矿质元素P、K和Na的含量以及微量元素Mn的含量均升高,其余矿质元素含量与土壤水分胁迫的关系因花生品种的不同而不同;水分胁迫使花生对水分的利用效率提高。
The aim of this study was to confirm the effects of soil water stress on the fat,protein, soluble sugar,starch,fatty acid composition and other quality of peanut kernel.The results showed that the soluble sugar,protein,linoleic acid,behenic acid,and lignoceric acid content in peanut kernel were increased,while the fatty acid,palmitic acid and the ratio of oleic to linoleic acid were decreased under drought stress.The increase or decrease of starch content was different according to peanut varieties.The content of macroelements(P,K and Na)and microelement(Mn)in peanut kernel were increased under water stress.The relationship between the content of other mineral elements and soil water stress were different according to different peanut varieties.Water stress could increase water use efficiency of peanut.
