印度梨形孢对3个烤烟品种萌发及幼苗生长的影响 被引量:3

摘要 以‘毛把’、‘K326’和‘云烟87’3个烤烟(Nicotiana tabacum)品种为试验材料,探讨了印度梨形孢(Piriformospora indica)灭菌发酵液和孢子液对其发芽势、发芽率及幼苗主根、侧根和茎的生长的影响。结果表明,印度梨形孢孢子液能促进‘毛把’和‘K326’发芽,抑制‘云烟87’发芽,大大提高了3个品种幼苗鲜重,促进主根、侧根和茎的伸长。 To study the effects of sterilized or non-sterilized Piriformospora indica fermented liquid on seed germination and seeding growth of tobacco,3different flue-cured tobacco(Nicotiana tabacum)varieties(Maoba,K326and Yunyan87)were choosen as matirial.The results showed that non-sterilized Piriformospora indica fermented liquid could promote the seed gtermination of Maoba and K326,but the seed germination of Yunyan87was restrained by it.The seeding growth of the three varieties was evidently accelerated by the non-sterilized liquid.The fresh weight,taproot and lateral length and stem length were larger than those of the sterilized liquid treatment and the control group.
