亚硝酸盐氮对克氏原螯虾成虾的毒性及其抗病因子的影响 被引量:13

摘要 采用常规生物急性毒性试验法,探讨了亚硝酸盐对克氏原螯虾(Procambarus clarkii)成虾的急性毒性,并进一步研究了12mg/L亚硝酸盐氮对克氏原螯虾肝胰腺T-SOD、CAT、ACP及AKP活性的影响。结果表明,正常溶氧条件下,亚硝酸盐氮对克氏原螯虾成虾的24、48、72h和96h的半数致死浓度(LC50)值分别为118.00、83.00、41.07mg/L和35.70mg/L,安全质量浓度(SC)为12.32mg/L;与对照组相比,亚硝酸盐胁迫下,肝胰腺T-SOD和CAT活性都显著降低(P<0.05);而ACP和AKP活性变化趋势相同,在12h时被激活,之后恢复到对照水平。 In order to understand the toxical effects and mechanism of nitrite nitrogen on Procambarus clarkii adult,a method of usual biological acute toxic test was carried out,and the variations of the immune-related enzymes activity in hepatopancreas was examined under 12mg/L of nitrite nitrogen solution within 72hours.The results indicated that the half lethal concentrations of 24,48,72,96hof nitrite nitrogen on Procambarus clarkii adult were respectively 118.00,83.00,41.07mg/L and 35.70mg/L,and the safe concentrations of nitrite nitrogen was 12.32mg/L at normal oxygen level.The activity of TSOD and CAT in hepatopancreas under the stress of nitrite nitrogen were significantly lower(P<0.05)compared with control group.The effects of nitrite-N ACP and AKP activities had the same varying trend.The levels of ACP and AKP activities in hepatopancreas were induced significantly in 12hours,which decreased to control levels after 24hours.
