植物中miRNA及其靶基因mRNA剪切位点的常用检测方法 被引量:1

摘要 成熟的miRNA(microRNA)广泛存在于各种真核生物中,是一类由19~24个核苷酸(nt)组成的内源非编码小分子单链RNA。此外,多数miRNA还具有进化上的高度保守性、时空表达的特异性等特点。miRNA对调控植物发育、开花时序、新陈代谢和应急反应等方面有着重要作用。根据现阶段对植物中miRNA的研究及靶基因的验证,综述了通过荧光定量PCR技术检测miRNA和靶基因mRNA剪切位点的检测方法的研究进展,可为miRNA功能的研究及其靶基因确认提供参考。
