现代公益组织发展中的公益伦理研究——基于利他主义价值观的分析

On Public-welfare Ethics in Development of Modern Commonweal Organizations——An Analysis Based on Altruism Values

随着我国经济的稳步发展及社会财富的不断积累,现代公益事业得到了长足的进步,也使得现代公益组织开始蓬勃发展。现代公益事业的成长、公益活动的举办和公益组织的发展需要公益伦理的支撑,也是社会主义精神文明建设的有机组成部分。但同时公益组织也日益凸显出诸多伦理问题需要我们澄清,文章从利他主义价值观出发进行分析,对某些在道德伦理上有争论的公益行为进行分析,并提出改善对策,促进现代公益事业和公益组织的稳定、健康发展。

With China＇s steady economic development and increasing social wealth, both public welfare and modern commonweal organizations are undergoing a great progress, which needs the support of public-welfare ethics, an integral part of socialist civilization. On the basis of altruism values, an analysis is made of certain public-welfare behavior, and some measures are proposed for the healthy development of both public welfare and modern commonweal organizations.
