能源价格走势对福建省出口贸易的影响

Impact of Energy Price Trend on Export in Fujian Province

福建省近年来的出口贸易保持稳定增长,出口商品结构中低能耗商品的比重下降,加工贸易的绝对增长幅度一直很高。能源价格波动通过影响运输成本、企业生产成本及原材料进口成本进而影响福建省出口商品的成本。脉冲响应函数分析显示,能源价格变动对福建省主要出口商品的出口价格产生冲击,其中对机械及运输设备出口价格、鞋靴出口价格的影响幅度较大。福建省政府应积极采取能源措施稳定能源价格,引导出口企业优化出口商品结构,加大技术开发,转变出口贸易方式以减少将来能源价格上涨对出口成本造成的压力,保持出口贸易长期竞争力。

Exports have increased steadily in Fujian these years with decrease of low energy density commodities and a high absolute growth rate of processing trade. The surge of energy price influences the costs of export commodities by influencing the cost for transportation, production and import related. Results of impulse response test show that the surge of energy price will have impact on the prices of export commodities in Fujian, especially on machinery, transportation machinery equipment and footwear. The government of Fujian should adopt measures to stabilize energy price, help the export enterprises to optimize the export commodity structure, improve technology and trading business, so as to reduce the pressure from energy price rise, and keep the competitiveness of export in the long term.
