诚信生成机制探析

Analysis on Generation Mechanism of the Integrity

人如同动物一样,某种意义上保持适度距离往往相安无事。适应人性"恶"的一面,以法律信仰为基础的制度诚信和以基督教文化为基础的信仰诚信构成了西方陌生人社会的重要基础。中国古代熟人社会缺乏诚信生成土壤;从熟人社会向陌生人社会转型变迁过程中,也存在着诚信不足问题。不能拔高和苛求人的道德要求,以人性及其文化的包容性为逻辑起点,构建适应人性"恶"的陌生人社会治理模式及其诚信机制。其中,法律信仰的制度诚信是关键。诚信关键不在于道德说教,而在于制度实践。

Like animals,people always tend to live in peace as long as they maintain an appropriate distance.The important foundations of Western society of strangers are consisted of integrity system based on legal faith and faith integrity based on Christian faith as to adapting the＂evil nature＂of human.The Chinese society of acquaintances in ancient times lacks of the environment for the development of integrity.The period of social transformation from society of acquaintances to society of strangers also lacks of the integrity.We should build a social model governed by strangers and its integrity mechanism that adapt to＂evil nature＂of human through regarding the inclusivity of humanity and culture as the logical starting point rather than making excessive demands of morality. However, the key is system integrity depending on legal faith.The integrity is a practical system rather than a moralization.
