青岛近代历史住区保护与改造模式探讨

Study on the protection and reform model of modern historical settlements of Qingdao

以青岛近代历史住区为研究对象,通过对住区的详细调研,分析其特征及面临的问题;提出基于绿色技术、动态保护、循环理论的保护与改造理念;并且提出了适合青岛近代住区的保护性发展策略:保护建筑风格多样性、发展名人故居旅游经济、开发特色商业街和延续原居住功能.

According to the analysis of character and existing state of modern historical settlements of Qingdao, and the poll of residents and old people nearby about cultural value of modern settlements and conservation, this paper thinks that a new idea based on the green technology,the dynamic conservation and renewal theory is a novel pattern. The adoption of adaptive conservation measures such as developing wide diversities of architectural styles, tourism resources of Former Residences of Celebrities, characteristic streets, and extending original residential function prove to be effective.
