Factor Analysis of Some Statistical Problems Based on the Discussion of International Standards

统计指标与国际接轨的问题历来是统计部门和全国同行专家学者非常重视和关注的问题,对此进行探讨具有现实意义。在学术问题辩论中应遵守三条基本原则:摆事实、讲道理,以理服人;坚持合理合法;统计分类、指标含义和计算方法应当标准化,决不能互相矛盾。在茶桑果统计归属、劳动年龄人口界定、人口抚养比指标等问题讨论中,国家有关统计机构显然忽略了这些原则,并以统计指标与国际接轨为由而未进行相关指标的改革。

The statistical indicators with the international standards have become focus for statistical departments and the national experts of scholars, which show real significance. There are three basic principles to follow in the course of academic discussion： present the facts and truth; reason the things to convince people; adhere to the principle of reasonable legal; statistical classification, indicators and calculation methods should be standardized, which should not be conflicting.
