摘要
介绍了浮头式换热器水压试验胎具的设计、制造要点,通过近几年公司对不同设备规格、不同压力等级换热器水压试验胎具的系列化、通用化的设计制造及应用效果,能满足换热器制造厂对产品的检验要求,为制造厂提供借鉴和参考。
This paper introduces the main points of design and manufacture about tool for hydraulic of floating head heat exchanger. In recent years, through systemic and global application result for manufacturing and design for different equipment sizes and pressure grade of heat exchanger, it can meet the factory production of heat exchanger of product inspection requirements, and provide the reference for the manufacturing plant.
