摘要
由于现场施工队伍多、施工工期短等问题,用100%TOFD+UT组合方式取代100%射线检测方式对现场组焊的球罐焊缝进行检测,并编制了检测技术方案。按照此方案对其中一台球罐完成TEFD检测,发现许多圆形、条形缺陷,经超声验证,其结果与TOFD检测出的缺陷位置基本吻合。
As the questions of many construction team and short construction period, 100% TOFD + UT was used to replace 100% ray detection, to detect welds of the spherical tanks, and wrote the detection scheme. According to the detection scheme, a spherical tank was detected, and many round, strip defects were found, by ultrasonic verification, the results of the detected defect positions were Basic same with TOFD detection.
