The fundamental objective on knowledge management of library is knowledge innovation, sci-entific and technical personnel need plenty of information resource to develop innovation work. The supporteffect of library on science and technology innovation is probed based on relationship between library and on sci-ence and technology innovation. It provide new idea for knowledge management of library.
