摘要
目的:应用磁共振弥散张量成像(DTI)技术,观察精神分裂症高危人群(UHR)脑白质的改变。方法:对15例UHR和17例正常对照进行脑部DTI扫描后,采用基于纤维的空间统计方法(TBSS),比较全脑的各向异性分数值(FA值)。结果:UHR组平均FA值低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);UHR组与对照组有差异的脑白质位于左侧额叶和左侧内囊前肢。结论:精神分裂症高危人群存在脑白质微结构的改变。
Objective: To use diffusion tensor imaging (diffusion tensor imaging, DTI) technology to investigate the abnormal changes in white matter of ultra-high-risk for psychosis (UHR). Method: 15 cases of UHR and 17 cases of normal controls underwent a DTI scan,tract-based spatial statistics(TBSS) was performed to measure the fractional anisotropy (FA) of the whole brain.Result: FA mean values of the UHR group was lower than that in the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P〈0.05); there are differences in the two groups of white matter in the left frontal lobe and the left anterior limb of internal capsule.Conclusion:The microstructural of whole-brain white matter was altered in ultra-high-risk for psychosis.
