116例输血不良反应的调查分析

目的:通过对输血不良反应类型和发生率的总结分析,探讨其发生规律和原因。方法:对本院2007年-2012年6168例输血情况及不良反应发生率进行统计分析。结果:在6168人次输血中共发生输血反应116例,输血反应率为1.88%,主要由血浆引起;表现类型以非溶血性发热反应和过敏反应为主;有输血史和妊娠史的受血者输血反应率偏高(P<0.05)。结论:临床应特别重视有输血史或妊娠史患者的输血护理。

Objective： To analyze the type and incidence of adverse transfusion reactions, and patterns and causes for adverse transfusion reactions.Method： The samples were from 6168 patients with blood transfusion from 2010 to 2013. All adverse transfusion reactions were statistical analyzed.Result： 116 case adverse transfusion reactions were started up, the incidence was 1.88%. Most of them were fever or allergic reactions who were caused by the plasma. Patients with history of blood transfusion/pregnancy were more likely to occur adverse transfusion reactions （P〈0.05）.Conclusion： We should pay more attention to patients with history of blood transfusion/pregnancy.
