2020年是上海基本建成"四个中心"和现代化国际大都市的目标之年,该文通过对2020年前中心城区停车设施发展情况的分析,提出相应的规划、建设和管理的政策建议。
The management of parking facilities at central city area is an important composition of urban traffi c management, concerned about people livelihood and economic and social development of this region. 2020 is the target year that Shanghai will basically complete "four centers" and the socialist modernized international metropolis. Through analysis of central city's parking facilities developing before 2020, the paper puts forward relevant suggestions on plan, construction and management.
