肺癌骨转移分子机制研究进展 被引量:9

摘要 肺癌是临床最常见恶性肿瘤之一,骨转移的发生率为30%~40%,骨转移发生后,患者出现的骨痛及一系列骨相关事件(skeletal related events,SREs)是降低患者生活质量和影响患者生存的重要因素。研究肺癌骨转移的发生机制,是寻找有效抑制或治疗骨转移方法的理论关键,本文就肺癌骨转移的相关分子生物学进展综述如下。1肺癌骨转移的发生及形成机制1.1肺癌细胞的播散肿瘤细胞从原发肿瘤中脱离出来并进入循环系统是转移形成的第一步。促进肿瘤细胞脱离的因素可分为两类:肿瘤局部基质的改变及肿瘤细胞自身的改变。
