摘要
概述了在婴儿配方乳粉中添加1,3-二油酸-2-棕榈酸甘油三酯(OPO)的重要性以及反应温度、反应时间、反应底物比等反应条件对OPO等母乳脂肪替代品的合成影响及其简单反应过程。比较了不同方法合成的OPO的产率与纯度。
This paper introduce the importance of adding 1, 3-Dioleoyl-2-Palmitoyl glycerol（OPO）in infant formula and the reaction procedure and the effect factors on synthesize OPO and some other human milk fat substitute such as reaction time, reaction temperature and mole ratio. Then compare the yield and purity of OPO synthesized by different methods.
