摘要
建立了石墨炉原子吸收光谱法测定婴幼儿食品及乳品中钼的方法。样品通过干法灰化,硝酸溶解,注入具有塞曼背景装置的原子吸收分光光度计石墨炉中,石墨炉选择了适宜的升温程序。被测元素电热原子化后,吸收313.3 nm共振线,在一定浓度范围内,其吸收值与质量浓度成正比。回收率在92.4%~103.3%,精密度(RSD)为2.10%~5.24%,检出限为0.2μg/kg,该方法可用于乳与乳制品中钼的测定。
A method for determination of molybdenum in milk and dairy products by Furnace Atomic Absorption Spectrometer.
