掘进面短臂钻孔注汽消突技术研究

摘要 为防止煤与瓦斯突出事故发生,通过对81号煤防突措施合理改进,掘进面采取短臂钻孔注气技术,提高了瓦斯抽采速度,有效缩短本煤层瓦斯预抽时间。采用注气快速消突方案后,每个防突措施循环周期所用时间为2.5 d,比原措施减少1 d,每月可掘进96 m,月掘进效率提高了40%。在确保安全前提下,提高了掘进速度。 In order to prevent coal and gas outburst accident, through the No. 81 coal outburst prevention measures and reasonable improvement, mining face took short arm drilling gas injection technology, improved the gas extraction speed, shortened the coal seam gas drainage time effectively. By using rapid gas injection elimination outburst scheme, each outburst prevention measures used cycle time was 2.5 d, compared to the original measures, reduced 1 d, can advance 96 m per month, month tunneling efficiency increased by 40%. Under the premise of safety, the driving speed was improved.
