摘要
针对新河矿业公司下山巷道掘进遇到含水断层破碎带的情况,为解决涌水大和岩层破碎的问题,利用注浆加固技术,选用高效改性聚亚胺树脂注浆材料波雷音对该含水断层破碎带进行注浆加固。注浆结果表明,采用该材料进行注浆加固,涌水量从70 m3/h降低至0.6m3/h,安全成功地掘进通过该含水断层破碎带,为类似条件矿井提供借鉴。
Based on roadway downhill crossing water- bearing fault fracture zone in Xinhe Mining Industry Corporation, In order to solve the water and rock broken problem, using grouting reinforcement technology, efficient leiyin modified polyethylene imine resin grouting material wave was adopted to conduct water- bearing fault fracture zone grouting reinforcement. results showed that the grouting water inflow reduced from 70 m^3/h to 0.6 m^3/h, security succeeded in driving through the fault fracture zone, the water cut mine provided reference for the similar conditions.
